ORDER SHIPPING

All pieces are made by hand once we receive your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to make your jewellery before it's shipped. If you need your jewellery in a hurry, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Australian Orders
We ship via Australia Post and offer FREE Standard Shipping for all domestic orders over $150. 

Standard Delivery
Flat fee of $12 or free for orders over $150. Delivery typically takes 3-6 business days.

Express Delivery
Flat fee of $15. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.

International Orders
Flat fee of $35 via Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. Please note all shipping time frames are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

RETURNS

Please choose your pieces carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions prior to purchasing, we are more than happy to help.

REPAIRS

Life happens. Chains snap, earrings get trodden on, beads fall off, clasps break. We can fix most general issues that arise, so please get in touch.

We offer a repair service for our customers and have also compiled a CARE GUIDE full of tips to help you care for your piece after purchase. We encourage you to repair and care for your pieces rather than disposing of them.

If you have a piece that needs repairs, please contact info@petitegrand.com with a few photos of the piece, detail on the repairs needed, and roughly when and where you purchased. Please include a pre-paid self-addressed padded envelope and make sure you package the item carefully. Some repairs may incur a fee - we will provide a quote if this is the case.

CLEANING

Please see our CARE GUIDE for tips on cleaning your pieces. If you don't have time, patience or materials, you can send your pieces back to us and we'll clean them, good as new for you.

LOST EARRINGS

If you've lost or damaged an earring, we can make you a replacement.

CHAIN UNTANGLING

Have a lovely birds nest of chains you want untangled, so you can get back to wearing those pretty pieces? If you have the patience for it, we recommend using a sewing needle, time and a positive attitude to get it done. If you have none of these, we can take care of it for you. We strangely love the satisfaction that comes from a successful chain untangling.

RE-PLATING

14kt gold plating can wear off over time, with general wear and exposure to the elements. If you have a plated piece where some of the plating is wearing off, this can be sent back to us to be re-plated.
