Mid-Century Italian Sculptural Shell Jewellery Box

A beautifully detailed vintage jewellery box inspired by the natural form of a sea shell. Dating to the mid-20th century, this sculptural Italian piece features an intricately embossed metal surface, with raised ridges and delicate textured detailing that follow the contours of the shell.

The hinged lid opens to reveal a deep red velvet-lined interior, adding a rich contrast to the aged metallic finish. Both decorative and functional, this distinctive piece makes a charming addition to a dressing table or a special place to keep jewellery and treasured keepsakes.
